Unlocking Flight

Unlocking Flight is pretty simple in theory, just a crafting recipe and a statistic milestone to hit. The issue is the recipe is VERY expensive, and the milestone is ONE MILLION BLOCKS flown with an elytra.

The Recipe

Above is the crafting recipe for the item you'll need to unlock flight, the Prismatic Feather. The total requirements are:

• 256 Feathers
• 64 Wind Charges
• 16 Netherite Blocks ($72,000) if purchased at spawn
• 1 Elytra
• 1 Netherite Boots with Feather Falling 4

The Milestone

You'll need to travel a total distance of One Million Blocks (or 1000km) via elytra flight. At average firework rocket propelled speed, this takes anywhere between 8-13 hours of continuous flight to achieve, assuming you're starting from 0.
